Here’s what you need to make Succulent Pork Tenderloin:

Pork Tenderloin & Seasoning Blend:

Pork Tenderloin or Pork Neck – Pork tenderloin is lean, cooks quickly, and stays tender when roasted properly, making it perfect for busy nights. Pork neck, on the other hand, has a richer flavor thanks to its marbling and is ideal if you prefer a more indulgent cut.

Olive Oil – A light coating helps the seasoning cling to the pork and creates a beautiful golden crust when seared and roasted.

Salt & Black Pepper – The foundation of great seasoning, bringing out the meat’s natural flavor without overpowering it.

Paprika – Adds a warm, smoky tone and enhances the color of the pork for a more appetizing presentation.

Dried Onion Flakes – Provide a subtle sweetness and aromatic depth that complements both the pork and the glaze.

Dried Rosemary & Thyme – These classic herbs infuse the meat with earthy, fragrant notes that pair beautifully with roasted flavors.

Dried Garlic – Delivers a rich, savory kick that ties together the pork’s seasoning.

Sweet and Savory Honey-Soy Glaze:

Honey – Lends natural sweetness that balances the savory and tangy elements of the glaze, helping to caramelize the pork’s surface.

Soy Sauce – Adds deep umami flavor and a touch of saltiness, while also contributing to a glossy, appetizing finish.

Dijon Mustard – Brings a tangy, slightly sharp flavor that cuts through the richness and helps emulsify the sauce.

Fresh Garlic Cloves – When minced, they release their aromatic oils, adding a fresh, bold punch to the glaze.

Crispy Herb-Roasted Potatoes:

Potatoes – Starchy or all-purpose potatoes, such as Yukon Gold or Russet, are ideal because they develop a crispy exterior while remaining fluffy inside.

Salt – Enhances the natural flavor of the potatoes and balances the spices.

Dried Garlic & Dried Onion – Layer in a savory depth, ensuring every bite is seasoned through and through.

Paprika – Adds subtle smokiness and a rich golden-red hue, making the potatoes visually appealing.

Lemon Pepper – A lively blend that brings brightness and a hint of citrus to balance the richer flavors.

Melted Butter – Coats the potatoes for extra crispiness and a rich, buttery flavor.

Buttery Garlic-Roasted Mushrooms:

Mushrooms – Whole mushrooms roast beautifully, absorbing flavors from the seasonings and pork juices while staying plump and juicy.

Salt – Draws out the natural juices of the mushrooms while enhancing their earthy flavor.

Dried Garlic & Dried Onion – Infuse the mushrooms with a deep, savory aroma that pairs perfectly with the pork.

Paprika – Provides a hint of smokiness and a pop of color.

Lemon Pepper – Lifts the earthy taste with a burst of citrusy freshness.

Melted Butter – Adds richness and helps the mushrooms roast to a golden finish.
