Not this time. The chicken’s already packed with flavor and comes ready to go, sauce and all.

Of course, if you love loading up your tacos, go wild! There’s no such thing as too many toppings, right?

1. Preparing the vegetables and cheese

Slice the red onion into thin strips. Slice the mushrooms and bell peppers (red, green, and yellow). Grate some cheese for topping.

2. Preparing the tortillas and chicken

Cut the tortillas into round pieces, about 10 cm in diameter. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces. Add the crushed garlic and lemon juice to the chopped chicken and mix well.

3. Cooking the chicken and vegetables

Heat a pan with a little oil. Sauté the chicken until it starts to brown. Add the onion to the pan and cook until it softens. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms, stirring and cooking until the vegetables soften.

4. Seasoning and finishing

Add the spices (pepper, salt, paprika, curry powder, dried onion, dried garlic) and mix well. Place a few slices of cheddar cheese in the pan and let it melt, then mix everything together.

5.  Assembling the tacos

Take each tortilla round and fill it with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Arrange the filled tacos in a baking tray.
