Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 3.5 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3.5 oz jamon serrano
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the baguette and lightly toast the slices until crisp.
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each baguette slice.
  • Add a small amount of pesto on top of the cream cheese.
  • Place one baby spinach leaf on each slice.
  • Top with one sun-dried tomato.
  • Fold the jamon serrano and place it on the bruschetta.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, and season with black pepper. Serve immediately.
