Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breasts.
  • Tbsp smoked paprika
  • Tbsp onion granules
  • Tbsp garlic granules
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 shallot - finely chopped.
  • 3 cloves of garlic - crushed.
  • 125 ml of single cream.
  • 200 ml of hot chicken stock.
  • 25 g of parmesan - finely grated.

Instructions
 

Prepare and Cook the Chicken

  • Season the chicken breast on both sides.
  • Heat a pan with a little oil and add the chicken breast. Sear it well on both sides until it develops a golden-brown crust.

Prepare the Sauce

  • Finely chop the onion, parsley, and garlic. In the same pan, add a bit more oil and sauté the onion until softened. Add the garlic and cook briefly.
  • Pour in the hot chicken stock and stir well for a few minutes, then add the single cream. Mix until combined. Add salt and paprika to taste. You can also add pepper if desired. Stir in the chopped parsley and grated parmesan, mixing everything well.

Serve

  • Slice the chicken breast and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle a bit more parmesan on top.
