Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1 cup cheese cubes Gouda, mozzarella, or cheddar
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 –3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper or paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

Sauté the onion:

  • Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the chopped onion for 3–4 minutes, until soft and lightly golden. Set aside to cool.

Mix the ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, sautéed onions, cheese cubes, chopped mint, egg, flour, tomato paste, red pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Shape the patties:

  • Wet your hands slightly and form small, round patties. Place them on a plate or tray.

Cook the patties:

  • Heat a thin layer of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked through.

Serve:

  • Enjoy the patties warm with your favorite dip, salad, or as a protein-packed snack.
