Ingredients

  • 300 g flour;
  • 1 teaspoon sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 440 ml milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 40 g melted butter;
  • vanilla to taste optional.

Instructions

Mix the Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until evenly mixed.

Prepare the Wet Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly. Gradually whisk in the milk, followed by the melted butter, until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Be careful not to overmix—just stir until combined.

Prepare the Baking Pan

  • Grease a baking pan generously with butter to prevent sticking. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Top with your favorite fruits, berries, or chocolate flakes, arranging them as desired for an eye-catching finish.

Bake to Perfection

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the pancake for 10–15 minutes, or until it’s puffed, golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pancake cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm with syrup, extra fruit, or whipped cream!
